Set-Up, Delivery & Pick Up
Set-up and delivery is $30 for event locations within 25 miles. We do not offer delivery beyond 25 miles at this time. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and making your rental experience seamless. From setting up the equipment to dismantling it after your event, we handle it all, allowing you to focus on creating unforgettable memories.
Cancellations or reschedules made at least seven (7) business days before the event will receive a full refund.
With less than seven (7) business days’ notice, 50% of the rental fee is refundable or your 50% of your deposit whichever is applicable.
With fewer than 48 hours’ notice, the rental fee (or deposit) is non-refundable.
(“Business days” are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.)
Your date is held once full payment is received. Payment can be made directly through the invoice link sent to your email address or phone number provided on the online form.
***If your rental total is $250 or more, you can pay half when you book (to reserve your date) and the rest the day before your event.
